Kitchens on every floor and free water refills. Staff there most of the time and a lift. Flexible in terms of leaving bags etc. The best hotel in Taiping! We visited the orangutang sanctuary in bukit merah on the morning of check out. Left to catch the 9.45 ferry and were back by 12 to check out. Great food market nearby too
